Firstly, I changed my username on here! My anonymously gifted sub let me do that, so I'm now themusicmarionette, rather than kiharatsu, which I felt was slightly childish and a bit... stupid. I came up with that when I was about 11 or 12. Yay.

And secondly, the main order of business! ANIMAZEMENT! As you all may know, it's the local anime/manga/randomJapaneseshit convention in my area, and it's great! This year, there were two newspaper articles on it, and we finally made 8000 attendees! Whopee! It was really fun, and I went all three days this year, as opposed to only Saturday, which is the main day, and the only day I went to in past years. I also went to the rave on Saturday, that was great, and I met a few really cool people there, and a slightly creepy middle aged man that was trying to dance with me. I declined.

But as for cosplaying (which is all you want to hear about- I know), I went as Envy from Fullmetal Alchemist. I was part of a group of the seven deadly sins, but we only ended up with six (no Gluttony D, and only three of us actually walked around together. The great thing was, Wrath (one of my close friends) was always mistaken for Envy. People would run up to us and say "OOOOH! Twin Envys! Can I take your picture?" Wrath was very wrathful in these moments. I'll post a picture of me later onto here, as well as some more. Right now there's only one, of an amazing Ciel (the lady Ciel, from Black Butler) that I saw after Cosplay Chess, and she is here -> [link]

I'll also post videos of cosplay chess onto my Youtube account -> [link] I didn't get all of it this year (last year a friend of mine filmed all of it on my camera, those are also on Youtube), but I got most of the deaths, a lot of funny moments, and the end. The theme this year was main characters vs. side characters, and it was funny to see Bolin sob when Korra was killed. Poor guy.

Anways, lots of fun, I'll post pictures and videos soon, and then get started fantasizing about next year's con and who I'll cosplay as!
